We here at Props AV are proud to say that we have been with LuLaRoe since the very beginning. Back in July of 2014, LuLaRoe held their very first convention, with 300 people at the DoubleTree Hotel in Ontario, where they featured the band The Strike. wearethestrike.com
In just a short year, their 2nd convention “Dare to Dream” grew to 1000 consultants held again at the DoubleTree Hotel in Ontario, which provided a main room and nine breakout rooms for the convention. During the convention we projected clouds onto the ceiling to match the props of cotton clouds and dream catchers on the stage. We also used Eternal Lighting MK2 EchoIcons to light up the room with dreamy eye-catching colors that matched their logo.
Since then, we have helped LuLaRoe book exciting venues that can accommodate their extremely fast growing company. We provide lighting and audio for many of LuLaRoe’s kickoff parties, conventions and closing parties. Every year we also help put on festive Christmas parties for their admin, close friends and warehouse employees. No small task as they have thousands of employees! Each year we build a 100 x 400 ft. tent with a kitchen that is serviced to serve 2500+ employees for their employee Christmas party at their Fontana Warehouse. The company has also hosted other employee Christmas parties for Admin and Friends at the Eagle Glen Country Club in Corona, the Ritz Carlton in Laguna Niguel and at the Riverside Convention Center.
At the Ritz Carlton in Laguna Niguel, we made it artificially snow in California with Antari Snow Machines and those attending the party had the opportunity to feed graham crackers to live reindeer under the falling snow. On the inside, Eternal Lighting MK2 EchoIcons we positioned all around the room to fill the area with warm holiday colors and on the stage we used Elation Platinum HFX lights to mimic the effect of falling snow. As for entertainment, The Walkens, a band from Arizona, came and rocked the house with their amazing covers of hit songs. Along with The Walkens, a special performance by 13 Crowns, aka The Royals, was also put on at the beginning of the event.
