Back in January of 2016, the fashion and clothing company LuLaRoe spent the weekend down in Anaheim for their first of the year leadership conference, “Be the Magic” for their consultants. Not only did we, Props AV, provide the lighting and audio for the events, but we also helped LuLaRoe find and book the perfect venues for their kick off party, conference and closing party.
The kick off party was held at the Disneyland Hotel and this is where Piff The Magic Dragon put on a special performance for the leadership consultants. By using low line fog and magical graphics with projection mapping, we were able to enhance the magic of Piff’s performance.
Just like the kick off party, LuLaRoe’s “Be the Magic” leadership conference was also held at the Disneyland Hotel and we used state of the art sound systems and projection mapping to array the magic of the presentations.
To close out the conference weekend, LuLaRoe held their closing party at the Anaheim Artic Station, which we found and booked for the company. The station’s shell dome is covered in bright LED lights that matched the company’s logo colors and really added to the magic of the event. The entire area was draped with white drape and by using Eternal Lighting MK2 EchoIcons, we uplit the drapes the colors of LuLaRoe. White leather furniture and glowing cocktail tables were placed all throughout the area as well.
Step and repeat red carpet, red velvet rope, and stanchions were used to give everyone the Hollywood red carpet experience as they walked into the party. Once inside under the beautiful LED dome of the station, the magic began as celebrity guest, Mario Lopez, hosted the night. A live band and DJ Human Jukebox performed on the stage and under the lights that we assembled and provided for the party. Gwen Marlowe Foods and Catering catered the event with exceptional food, along with an In-N-Out truck that was brought in.
