LuLaRoe Vision Inspire 2016 Convention Kick Off Party
Back in July of 2016, the fashion and clothing company LuLaRoe held their summer convention, “Vision 16’ Inspire”, for their consultants. The convention took place at the Ontario Convention Center and the closing party to the weekend was held out on the sands of Huntington Beach. However for the kick off party, LuLaRoe needed help finding the perfect location and came to us, Props AV, to find the “coolest” waterpark for their kick off party to their summer convention. After searching, we found and booked Splash Kingdom Waterpark located in Redlands, California and we were ready to put on an epic event.

Working close with LuLaRoe’s event producer, Sam Shultz, us at Props AV planned, managed, set up and brought their envisions of the kick off party to life. The set up for this event took an entire week and our team lived onsite in the Props AV RV during the assembly of this event.
The Summer Colors

Hundreds of battery powered Eternal Lighting Echo Icons were placed all throughout the park and lit the palm trees and walkways beautiful summer colors. Up above, market bulb lights were strung across the entire waterpark and gobos were used to project LuLaRoe’s logo and other images onto walls and buildings. Thousands of feet of Cat/5 audio cables were ran to many speakers throughout the entire waterpark and on the main stage there were JBL Vertec 4888 Line Array speakers, along with 12 of the JBL SRX-728 Dual Subs that emitted crisp audio all night long.
As for the lighting on the main stage, we used a wide variety of intelligent lighting including several Elation Platinum HFX lights, two 5 watt full colored lasers, Chauvet Geysers and many American DJ Pro Par LED uplights that put on astonishing light shows during all of the performances.
The energy of the crowd was electrifying as “13 Crowns” aka The Royals and DJ Runaway performed, while everyone danced and sang along to the music. However not everyone had to be at the main stage to enjoy the music and the party. Thanks to the many speakers placed all around the waterpark, those who were floating down the lazy river were able to hear the music and enjoy the colorful LED lights being radiated throughout the area.
We also brought in a total of 25,000sq ft of Astroturf that was placed out in the parking lot and created a picnic area. Then next to the picnic area was the food truck alley, which featured In-N-Out and California Pizza Kitchen.

After a night full of fun, the consultants of LuLaRoe headed over to the Ontario Convention Center to take part in their 2016 summer convention, “Vision 16’ Inspire”. Dazzling LED walls and full colored lasers were used to display the visions that the company had for their consultants during the convention. To wrap up the summer convention, LuLaRoe threw a closing party at Huntington Beach and had a massive concert stage built right out on the sand. This is where special guest Andy Grammar performed all of his hit songs and at the end, a firework extravaganza took place to finish off the night.
